A pop up meeting room with Rw 42dB acoustic insulation, Kubus II redefines open plan acoustics.  

By paying attention to not only acoustics but also comfort, Strahle have developed a pod sytem that is at home being a collaborative space as it is being a high end meeting facility.  Integrated cooling and lighting ensure a comfotable environment for occupants, all from one plug.

    Technical details

    Ventilation: Anyone who has used a pod will know that good ventilation is vital. Kubus achives air flow independantly of building servies.  Sprinkler integration is possible.

    One plug: Only one plug required to power each pod.

    Threshold free access: No threshold in door way means no barrier to access

    Freestanding: No requirement to fix to furniture gives greater planning options

    Panels: A variety of panel materials and finishes are available giving designers freedom to integrate the pod into their designs.

    System can be demounted and rebuilt many times with minimal components and a long product life cycle.

    ST12 Door: Rw 24dB

    12mm clear toughened frameless glazed sliding leaf offers a minimal aesthetic with clean lines and wide clear openings. By removing the frame the door disappears making it ideal for use with single glazed systems. Compatible with all systems to allow a flexible approach to project wide acoustics giving a cost effective option.

    • Finish options

      Frame: Six anodised aluminium finish options including natural, black or bronze, PPC to match RAL colour. Seals: black or grey

    • Ironmongery

      Pull handle, soft close mechanism. Floor rail: available in a variety of finishes, stainless steel wheel

    AR40 Door: Rw 37dB

    12.8mm acoustic laminated glazed leaf offers a minimal aesthetic yet attains high acoustic performance. Elegant, slim mitred door and frame lends a sophisticated look. Side hinge mechanism allows for full width drop down seal and increased acoustic performance. Compatible with all systems to allow a flexible approach to project wide acoustics giving a cost effective, high performance option.
